Dhikala Forest Lodge, located in the heart of Jim Corbett National Park, is one of the most popular and cherished accommodations in the area. To access Dhikala, visitors enter through the Dhangari Gate, which is 20 kilometers from Ramnagar. From there, it’s an additional 35 kilometers to reach the Dhikala Tourist Complex. This zone remains open to tourists from November 15th to June 15th each year and is closed during the monsoon season. Dhikala is renowned as the core zone of Jim Corbett National Park, offering an immersive experience right in the middle of this lush forest landscape with scenic views over the Ramganga River.

Submit the full names, ages, and genders of all visitors, as per their identification cards, along with the confirmed amount.
Specify your preferred safari timing (morning/afternoon) and the desired travel date.
Provide your unique ID card number (Voter ID, Aadhaar No., Driver's License No., etc.).
Pay the safari entry fee in advance. Booking confirmation is contingent upon receiving the full advance payment and confirmation from our end.
Note that payments for both Jeep Safari and Canter Safari are non-refundable.
Present the same ID card at the park gate that was used for online reservation.
Indian citizens are required to notify us at least 45 days in advance.
Foreign nationals can make reservations up to 90 days in advance, including passport information in their booking.
Safari permits are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
In the event of safari cancellation due to technical issues or unavailability of seats, the entire payment will be refunded to the provided bank account, with proper communication.
Elephant safaris are conducted in the landscape area crossing the River Kosi from Dhikuli, a village just 10 kilometres from the main town of Ramnagar. Imagine riding an elephant with a professional Mahout, and you go into the dense forest, rugged trek, scenic valley, vast grassland, and river. If you go on an elephant safari through Corbett’s forests, you may get a chance to see some wild animals closely and spend time with them. If visitors are planning an adventurous vacation in the Himalayan region, Corbett National Park is the ideal destination, and the elephant safari is the most thrilling option. A visit to Jim Corbett Park without an elephant safari is incomplete.
River rafting on the Kosi River in Corbett National Park is one of the most stunning ways to experience its fast rivers. River rafting in Jim Corbett is only possible during the monsoon season.The most popular season to go river rafting on the Kosi is from July to the first week of November. Rafting in Jim Corbett National Park begins at the Suspension Bridge and ends at the Tarika Resort (Garjiya). It is 8 to 10 kilometers long and takes 1 to 2 hours to complete.

In fact, paragliding at Jim Corbett delivers a fantastic experience. Kotabagh is the location where a shared cab will pick you up and drop you off. The journey, which will take off from an altitude of 6,000 feet, will provide a breathtaking perspective of the surrounding landscape while soaring over a rich green forest and a river. Depending on wind direction and speed, the flying time ranges from 7 to 12 minutes.
